It has occurred to me that I am rooting for far too many people in the Olympics figure skating competitions to be happy at the end.
i love when the skaters look so happy and proudly at themselves after a program!!!

Yan Han – 80.63 – left some points on the table, but such a beautiful skate.
Julian Yee – 73.58 – such a nice skate! The 3A was *so clean.* Hand down on the 3F+3T, but everything afterward was solid.
Brendan Kerry – 83.06 very nice 4T, nice 3Lz+3T, landed the 3A with a slightly wobbly exit. The music fits him well.

Honestly the moment I see Stéphane Lambiel I’ll start fanscreaming… tiny me remembers seeing him skating in Turin (first Olympics I ever really followed, since Brian Joubert was presented as our best chance at a medal that year everyone was hyyyyped)
