All we know for certain is the movie’s title. We have one (1) poster. There is no confirmation that Yuuri will not be in this movie. Guys, KUBO LOVES YUURI TOO! You really think she would put one of her children on the backburner and not give us anything for a whole 90 minute film?? Because I do not. The film is not titled “a flashback to Victor’s past which all takes place before he met Yuuri.” CALM THE FUCK DOWN! WE WILL BE GETTING MORE INFO WITH TIME!

In other news, Yuri on Ice won the awards for Best Original Anime and Best Screenplay during the French Japan Expo Awards this year. The French branch of Crunchyroll commented, saying that they’re “very proud to have broadcast the series”.
For those who don’t know, Japan Expo is the biggest anime & manga convention in the world – bigger than even Anime Expo in LA, so this is a considerable honor and definitely something we should celebrate and be proud of.
