Yuri Plisetsky: has an amazing performance that isn’t choreographed or put together by someone else. He expresses himself freely and shows off his skills in a way that shatters people’s impressions of him. Huge impact, mad dancing, he’s fierce, he’s in the senior league and is ready to take over the world of figure skating in his own, self-made, true style.

Significant part of the fandom: “so extra lol", “put some clothes on my smol angry kitty son", “it’s just a phase haha”, “he strips for Otabek ;)”

vyctornikiforov:

You know, we’ve got young victor, mature, gorgeous,
like he belongs in some  kind of russian nobility fairy tail, sometimes not matching his years, he acts with such beauty and grace, but he is still a child.

And then there’s this older victor, this ridiculous big dork, who can be childish at times, who seems so confident but can be an airhead too. Who shows himself while fooling around, not caring who sees.

And the thing is, yuuri fell in love with both, a victor who made it hard to breath, everytime he appeared on tv… while the other, sweet and caring, the man who came to Hasestsu to meet him and made him laugh and smile like no one else did.

Apparently, they had a little popularity poll in the Japanese yoi fandom, where they asked the
1149 participants “What was your favorite costume from the anime?”

The number in the top left corner is the popularity ranking, whereas the number in the bottom left corner is the number of people who voted for it.

Note: The poll was created before the “Welcome to the Madness” PV was released so Yurio’s exhibition costume isn’t here.

What are your favorites? Anything that surprised you about the results?

how could this not even make the list?????

nikforovs:

yurio: so for my exhibition skate i’m gonna skate to heavy metal, wear sunglasses and a ripped shirt that will slide all the way up my torso so i’m basically shirtless, and a shit tonne of black eyeshadow to make me look like i’m from the black parade
